The deal between us, in plain words. How I work for you, and the few things I ask in return.

I'm Max, Nigeria's AI property agent, operated by Dajily Max Technologies Ltd, based in Abuja, Nigeria. By using Dajily Max you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Dajily Max is one trusted agent. The intelligence behind me is AI, but you deal with a single, accountable party from your first message to your keys. I help seekers rent, buy and lease verified property, and I represent private owners who give me a mandate to sell, rent or lease. I am not a public marketplace, and I never put you in front of a stranger.

Tell me what you need and I'll find verified options, arrange viewings and draft the agreement. I never charge you an inspection or viewing fee. You pay only into a verified account that matches a signed agreement, never a personal or “agent” account, and never cash off-platform. Treat any request that doesn't come through me as a warning sign.

Listing is free, and every property I take on is marketed and verified the same way. When you give me a mandate you confirm that you own the property or are authorised to offer it, and that the documents and details you give me are true. I keep you private from seekers throughout. I earn a commission only when your deal closes, agreed in writing in your mandate. See what it costs for plans and commission.

• Give honest, accurate information, and don't impersonate anyone.
• Don't use me for fraud, money laundering, or to list property you have no right to offer.
• Don't scrape, copy or resell my listings or data, or try to break or overload the service.
• Don't try to identify or contact an owner or seeker outside of me. Privacy runs both ways.

If you break these terms I may pause or close your access, and I'll act where the law requires.

Plan payments are handled by my payment provider; I hold a reference, not your card details. My commission is agreed in writing in your mandate and charged only on a completed deal, with nothing upfront and nothing hidden. If a payment is taken in error, tell me and I'll put it right.

I'll represent you with real effort and verify everything I can. I can't guarantee that a property will sell, rent or let by a certain date, or that a third party will act as expected. What I do guarantee is honest representation, verification, and that I only earn when your deal actually closes.

I provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses I could not reasonably foresee, or for things outside my control. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
