My commission is agreed in writing in your mandate before anything starts, and it is charged once, on a deal that actually completes. Typical Nigerian rates:

Two different choices

Your plan and your mandate are not the same thing.

Your plan sets your reach, how hard I push your listing to matched seekers. Your mandate is a separate choice in your agreement: exclusive, where I'm your only agent, or non-exclusive. Either kind of mandate works with any plan, and I'll walk you through both when you list.

Straight answers

What owners ask before they hand me a property. Honest answers, no small print.

Do I pay anything to list my property with Max?

No. Listing is free, and a free listing is marketed and verified exactly like a paid one. A plan only buys more reach to matched seekers. It never decides whether I represent you.

What is your commission, and when do you take it?

Only when your deal actually closes, never upfront. It is typically about 10 percent on a rent and about 5 percent on a sale, and we agree the exact rate in writing in your mandate before anything starts.

Will you share my name or phone number with anyone?

Never. You stay private. Every enquiry, viewing and message runs through me, and I screen out time-wasters and bad actors. A seeker only ever deals with me, not with you.

What happens if my property doesn't sell or let?

Then I have earned nothing. My commission comes only from a closed deal, so my incentive is exactly yours: get your property let or sold, safely.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, any time. Start free and move up, or step back down, whenever you like. A plan runs for a set window per listing, and I remind you before it ends so nothing lapses by surprise.

Is the Exclusive Mandate plan the same as an exclusive mandate?

No. The plan name is about placement, how hard I push your listing. Whether you give me an exclusive mandate, where I'm your only agent, or a non-exclusive one is a separate choice in your agreement, and you can pick any plan with either.

How do payments work, and are they safe?

Plan payments and any deal money move only through confirmed, verified accounts that match the property and a signed agreement, never a personal or a stranger's account. Every step is documented.
