Cookies I use
Things I keep in your browser (not cookies)
A few things are stored on your device only and never sent to my servers. They stay in your browser and you can clear them any time from your browser settings:
- Saved homes (before sign-in): Holds the homes you pin before you have an account, so they're not lost.
- Listing draft: Keeps an in-progress listing so you don't lose your work.
- Workspace layout: Remembers how you arranged your owner workspace.
- Sign-up handoff: Carries your answers into the chat when you start an account.
Analytics and advertising
I don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and I don't sell your data. I may add privacy-respecting product analytics in future to improve the service; if I do, I'll update this policy before it goes live and explain your choices.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that the sign-in cookie is essential, so if you block it you won't be able to stay logged in. Clearing on-device storage will remove things like your draft listing or pinned homes from that device.
